Chocolate Protein Shake

Blend together:

  • 1.5 cup oat milk (note: can substitute with water or other plant-milk alternative)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 serving of chocolate protein powder (e.g., Perfect Protein by Metagenics)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 scoop chocolate greens or 1 tsp cacao powder (optional)

  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs (I like to add in after mixing above, then blend on light to keep some “crunch”)
